I've been taking Ritalin since 1997. Didn't have a problem with the heart-racing feeling until recently. I was on 10mg per day until about a yr ago when I went up to 20mg SR and an additional 10mg and added Lexapro to the mix. You may be just fine. All of these drugs seem to affect us all a little differently, so you won't know for sure until you try. Talk to your Dr and see what he says.

Mine's now wanting to try me on Provigil and Xyrem.
