I have been on Provigil for about a year now. It is to the point of not working for me. It did great for about 9 months and then continued to get worse. I was told by my family doctor that 400mg. was the highest dosage that he could give me on Povigil. I requested for him to refer me to a specialist in narcolepsy. I go tomorrow evening to see him for the first time. I have been diagnosed with n for a year now; but I do have my doubts as to if it is or not n. If not, I sure don't know what it could be; because all the test have come back normal.

Anyway, I had no problems on Provigil. I felt just "normal". I did not get anxious, headaches, nervouseness, jitters, or anything like that. I hope that the Provigil will work the same for you if you go on it.

Good Luck!
