Just wondering.....why don't you want to continue your routine anymore?

I, too, began on Provigil, 200mg. That didn't get me through the day so the doc increased it to 200mg in the am and 200mg at lunch. Started getting bad headaches, felt really spacey. My body was really tired but my eyes were glued open!

My insurance wouldn't pay for the 2nd pill a day so my doc gave me a trial of Adderall XR 20mg in the morning to go along with the lunchtime 200mg Provigil. I did that for about 2 weeks. I felt awake, sharp and like my old self in the morning, but afternoon, after the Provigil, still felt spacy.

I called my doc and asked if I could drop the Provigil all together. He said fine and raised the Aderrall XR to 25mg. Works WONDERFULLY for me. I don't have anymore headaches and I am able to get up and go to work in a positive, functional mood. I don't have any problems sleeping and I go to bed during the week at 8:30 (my alarm goes off at 4:30am). On the weekends, I get up at 8:00 am and go to bed around 10 or 11.
