A good way to start trying to figure out your problem is to take the sleep test on the home page of sleepnet.com. It only takes a few minutes and will give you an immediate score. If there is a chance you have one or more possible sleep disorders, then armed with this information the next step would be to take it to your PCP so he can refer you to a sleep disorder clinic. Just make sure the one your referred to is certified.
