Oh yeah, that's me. There are times I wish I worked the 3-11 pm shift because that's when I'm the most alert.

I've found that doing a cardio workout around 7-8 pm and then enjoying some decaf hot tea around 10 pm makes me fall asleep earlier. I also feel like I sleep better because I'm not waking up every time my husband rolls over.
