i have no problem FALLING asleep, but STAYING asleep is another story. i also think i spend way too much time in REM sleep so i am never well-rested in the morning. taking trazodone before bedtime has proved helpful, although it does make me groggy in the morning until my ritalin kicks in....i'm waiting for the day when my state of consciousness and alertness is not ruled by the meds flowing through my veins!!!! best of luck to all.
