When I took Ritalin (well Concerta) I had no problem staying awake, my problem was falling asleep.
I'm frustrated because the combination of Concerta and Paxil worked GREAT for a couple of months ‘till the side effects started. I had never known how pleasurable sleep can actually be. But now I’m desperately looking for the right meds to take me back to a life where I was awake during the day and asleep during the night.
With Provigil I’m awake but it feels unnatural and I’m left with sleepless nights.

I’m NO expert but combining Provigil and Ritalin does not sound right. But please let us know how it goes.
