I think a lot of people with N can relate...

My husband (who has N) often has difficulty falling asleep, despite the fact that he has been struggling to stay awake all day.

That, or he falls asleep right away, but wakes up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep.

Ocassionally, he takes a Benadryl which often helps.

Also, he's learned to avoid vigorous exercise before bed-time. Overall, exercise seems to help him sleep better generally. But not exercise too close to bed-time.
