Hi Sleepy,
I would definitely see a doc about it.. better to be on the safe side, right? Could be a million different things. Are you on any meds? I am 29, so I was surprised to find some of this stuff happening while still relatively young. But have really made progress under the doctor's care.
I do have problems with the "spacing out" in the evenings, mainly because of the Ambien / Ativan meds I take. I can read a book, and have to re-read it the next day because I can't remember anything. Worries my wife cuz she thinks I don't remember our conversations! (which does happen sometimes...) YIKES!
