Our good ol' N does not only interupt our daytime but also interupts our night. It is one of the areas I srtuggle with everyday thinking if I just had a better nights sleep I would stay awake more during the day. I myself have found unmedicated I would be on a four hour cycle everday allday. meaning I would be awake for four hours and able to sleep for four hours. This is my cycle and even with meds it is tought to beat the inevitable cycle!
