Provigil messing with contacts?

Posted by needtosleep on January 28, 2004 at 12:39:11:

Is anyone else experiencing problems wearing contact lenses while taking Provigil?

I've been taking Provigil for about a year, and the whole time I've been experiencing what I call "contact lens fog". My contacts are constantly covered in a haze. I take them out, clean them, put them back in, and the haze immediately returns.

I've been to the eye doctor several times. I've tried every brand of contact solution on the market. I've tried several different brands of contact lenses. But I'm still experiencing this haze, and the eye doctor can't explain it.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?
