Ive been on dexedrine for 13.5 years and my daily dosage is 20mg a day ive found that ever since i started i got mood swings and lost the head literally, especiall if id been drinking. I argue sometimes and im totally irrational, i get so upset easilly and flare up all of a sudden, im paranoid too and am convinced im right. Ive started to reduce my dosage, i was initally on 25 mg a day, but the specialist im seeing said that it was too high a dosage for me so im trying to cut down now and start provigil. I too argue with my husband alot, he blams the medication and me, i dont know for sure if it is all the medication but we are too on the road to splitting up because of our arguments. Im hoping to start on the provigil and i hope that i see changes in myself when i do, i seriously do feel that there are alot more side effects with Dexedrine than are known or told.
