Yes, your Adderall and any expense associated with Narcolepsy would be out of pocket but only if the insurance policy stipulates the pre-existing clause.

Once again, you will need to check with the person who handles the health insurance policy the company has in place at this time. If there is no such clause, I don't believe you have anything to worry about. All you need to ask is if there is a pre-existing clause without giving detail as to why your asking.
