I started with ritalin and it drove me crazy-my face tingled all the time, I was always on edge and snapping at people. I switched to adderall and eventually use 20 mg in the am and, depending how I feel, another 10 at about noon. I don't think it last though because I get real sleepy in the Evenings, about 5 on. This is scary because I am driving home from work then. If I take the 10 mg later in the day, I can't sleep at night. I did take the time released adderall that worked really good, except my insurance didn't cover it and it was $50 for two weeks supply-so it was back to the generic stuff. I have lost about 15 pounds on it because it makes me really thirsty and is also a appetite supressent (sp?). I really have to remind myself to eat to maintain my weight.
