Hi HagRider
While right now I am also trying to change some of my eating patterns, which is difficult.I think food trigers getting sleepy, and the in between snacks also triger going back through that cycle again.
I have noticed though that the last 2 programs I have been on, must have stuff that my body needs, as I have dropped some weight from 210 to 178, without dieting.
Also I used to eat bread, cereal starting near 9 pm then 1.30am and and maybe a peace of bread at 5 am.
I noticed that this has changed and also less need for snacking thru out the day.
I am looking at getting a rice cooker so I can cook brown rice and root veg. together.

It has been suggested to me to get at least 2 salads a day in to the body as this is helpful.I used to only get about 2 salads a week in. Now I have been getting at least one a day for 5 days and also somedays I do 2 salads. So this is a good start.
I think there is more choice now then 15 to 20 years ago. Also there are programs with more clinical support and follow up as how different products worked.
My understanding is there is no minerials in our soil, this goes back at least to 1920's.There is a gov. document that congress passed way back then from studies done every 10 year 0r 20, not sure.If you read it then you can understand also what we face in health challenges, today.
I am not sure if I can mention company names on this forum so I will not for now, I may just have to use there basic Ideas to give people the general idea.
Thanks for your question HagRider.
