Can REM behavior disorder co-exist

Posted by rawgoddess on October 29, 2004 at 13:37:34:

My husband has uncontrollable sleep attacks in the day, excessive day time sleepiness, hypnagogic hallucinations & sleep paralysis.

He also occasionally gets up during the night unconsiouslly and walks around talking and engaging in conversation with non-existent people, sometimes even getting angery.

Is it possible for him to have both narcolepsy & REM behavior disorder?
