Fluoride & Idiopathic Hypersomnia

Posted by pro-napper on November 03, 2004 at 13:18:15:

Does anyone have any information on whether eliminating fluoride from your diet has helped with idiopathic hypersomnia or any other sleep disorder? I was reading in the archives about someone, Former Couch Crasher, who tried that and was able to eliminate the need for Ritalin or any other stimulants. I was wondering if anyone else has tried. I am going to try it myself, but it's difficult because fluoride is in so many things, not just tap water and toothpaste.
