I was doing a little N research and came across something that may be of interest to you. There was a listing of an abstract from a meeting entitled "The association between narcolepsy and REM sleep Behaviour Disorder (RBD)". The authors are Nightingale S, Orgill JC, Ebrahim IO, Williams AJ and it was published in the journal 'Sleep' sometime this year (sorry, but I couldn't tell from the citation exactly when).
