Why don't you take the sleep test offered here on sleepnet.com. Then, take the results to your PCP and ask for a referrel to a certified sleep clinic. They have physicians who are certified in sleep disorders.

Of course if the test shows no problems with sleep disorders, you could talk to your PCP and he/she might find another problem that could help resolve your condition.
