Concerta withdrawal symptoms??

While we are fairly certain I have narcolepsy, my doc needs to verify it with a sleep study. My prior sleep studies ordered by my family doc were inconclusive, probably because of the Prozac I was on at the time. I have since started taking Concerta 36mg/day. My specialist wants me off all drugs for a while before the new study. I seem to be having withdrawal symptoms similar to those I experienced with going off of Effexor, specifically the "brain shivers." Has anyone else experienced this with going off of Concerta or Ritalin?
