My doc has that issue with many of his patients. I have a suggestion but ask your doc: Xyrem is no panacea but it may be just enough so you can lower your Ritalin intake and/or use Provigil. That is what I do. Xyrem is gaining momentum and helping many patients, but won't necessarily help everyone.
