OMG I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!!! I have the most random joint and muscle pains on a regular basis. It really puts a burden on everything that I do. I am only 16 years old, but my body feels like I am older than my parents.

I think that I have hypothyroidism, which could be the cause of some of this muscle and joint pain, and hypothyroidism can cause some sleep issues, but I'm not sure if this makes sense in your case. Get back to me on the possibility of you having hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) which can actually have many many many symptoms. Not just the common ones like obesity. There are about 50 symptoms, and you may want to look into it.
