I know this won't help you too much but I wanted to share anyhow. My wife and I had a baby 14 months ago and I have Narc. I can tell you that it was rough for her but everyone's experience is different. I can tell you its been rough for me following the pregnancy because taking care of an energetic child is no easy task since I have Narc.

Honestly, I think you will be fine because it is natural for the woman to be tired, sick, and feel under the weather while pregnant. I guess in a twisted way it may be to your benefit if you are sleeping most of the time so you don't have to go through all the nausea and any other unpleasantries that may occur. On the flip side some woman have very pleasant experiences while pregnant but I don't think that is all too common, especially if it is the first pregnancy. However, I will let the woman chime in because I am no expert obviously. :)
