I agree that Modafinil may be a good drug to try. Unfortunately, the biggest complaint seems to be that it only works for a short while, which was also my experience. However, while it was working, it was great. I was awake without feeling drugged. I wasn't wired - no jitters. I did experience some muscle aching as a side effect, but nothing a little bit of Advil wouldn't take care of.
