Sounds like you do have a sleep disorder or a combination of sleep disorders. I won't get into what disorders it sounds like you have because its better that a doctor tells you what they think.

Trust me that alot of people suffering from sleep disorders think that they are the ones at fault for their sleepiness (all in the head!). This is a normal feeling to have but keep in mind that you probably have a medical condition (sleep disorder/s) and that you are not crazy!

Its hard to face living a life in semi conciousness isn't it! Hopefully you'll have a disorder that can be treated effectively, if not your going to have a long hard road ahead of you. I, like other narcoleptics, can relate with your suffering and we understand what your going through.
