When I'm unmedicated and having a sleep attack, I yawn lots. My eyes water, my head pounds, I'm yawning and can barely move. I find I yawn most when I'm fighting the attack. If I were sleepy or going to nap, I don't yawn particulary as I'm lying down....

don't know if that's anyone else's experience...
