Could be, but only a doctor can diagnose you. Although if you experience cataplexy along with the excessive daytime sleepiness then you're guaranteed that it's narcolepsy. Doctors will test you for everything else possible first, and then they'll send you off to do a sleep study if everything turns out ok. It can be quite some time before you get an official diagnosis, so it's best not to procrastinate about seeing a doctor. Good luck.
