I don't mean to imply that narcolepsy doesn't exist. I believe it does and has a dramatic effect on many people's lives.

I'm looking only at a case like mine where the major symptom is EDS and Disrupted Nighttime Sleep and the more obvious and potentially deblitating symptoms (like cataplexy) are not present. I'm not even disputing my specialist's diagnosis. I'm looking at it from the point of view that a change in lifestyle might be better in the long run than continuing drug therapy.
