Ya I heard about the trials of provigil as well. Its always a cloud over your head not knowing if there will be a serious long term effect on us who take it (look at what happened to Adderall). But we need to try and live for today with this drug until something better and safer comes around (hopefully soon!)
I also find that provigil has helped me out better then the ritalin I was taking but I too have experienced weird side effects to it. The big side effect I have expereinced is the same as the one you mentioned, how it wears out through time. Also I do notice that I have had different kinds of sleep attacks then the normal ones I would get before using this drug. I think you know what I mean by that? There very servere when they do arrive in force. Also I find that sometimes the provigil will give me a sleep attack right after I have taken it. I us to hate taking it at the job I worked before because I never knew if that was the day that the "pill" would put me to sleep or actually work and keep me awake. Have you experienced this with provigil as well?
