Interesting. I was going to mention about the sleep attacks not long after taking a pill. For me it happens about a half hour after taking a pill and is pretty frequent - particularly with the mid-day dose. I'd say 3 out of every 5 days. Less frequent with the morning dose - about 1 in 3 or 4. This too is something that was less obvious earlier on, but increased over time in frequency and effect.

My sleep doc has me taking one 100mg early in the day and one at mid-day. When I started I took one right off and one @ noon. Now, because of the apparent decrease in the effective time, I take one when I get to work and one about 1. That means I'll be "covered" for my drive home (about 45 minutes mostly on 4-lane).
