10x10mg adderall a day as well as 600mg provigil and worked for me. now i have insurance trouble and still take 10X10 and 400mg provigil. ive not been able to keep a regular schedule of meds because of authorization needed each month for provigil or ive forgot to re-order adderall and im a day late. it takes forever to feel human, it seems, each time i go without my medicine. now i am feeling so discouraged, as my pharmacy ran out. DUMB luck? but the combination doesnt allow me to achieve "awake". yeah, im up and about, but i am not with it. one more time 3-4pm comes and i cant stop myself from crashing. when i wake im total crap and now all i can do is cry when i think about it. and i feel horrible on so many levels..

there are medicine combinations that work for people. if youre lucky(?) you are rx'd what works straight away. sometimes it takes months of trial and error to find the right 'cocktail' and then you cant have access to those medicines which creates a whole new medical problem. its like suffering for the suffering. im not even religious. and im not about to start.

jeepers i need to go back to bed. LOL
