I'll deal with your last question first: There is no harm I know of when alcohol and ritalin are mixed. That said, I see no benefit of taking your medication with alcohol ;)

I have noticed that alcohol will definitely make me sleepy. Just how much is difficult to measure because there is always something else to factor in. Like time of day, for example.

If you're drinking at a party, chances are it's pretty late anyway. You're likely going to be sleepy even without alcohol after midnight.

So, yeah, you can expect to be doomed to napping at parties where you drink. Don't worry about it too much. At a small party with close friends, it's no big deal if you nap in front of them. Some of them may do the same. If you're at a big, wild frat party or something, I'd try to find as private of a spot you can find (under a desk, in a closet) so you can avoid those pranksters.
