When I first started xyrem I would generally wake up before my alarm for the 2nd dose- it was really strange, but my doc said a lot of his pts. have reported this. Now I sometimes sleep until my alarm, but not every night. I usually wake before my morning alarm (I get up at 5 during the week). Usually on weekends I can sleep until 7 at the latest.
Do you also take stimulants along with xyrem?
