I just started to take Concerta @ 2 weeks ago. Provigil did nothing for me, but believe it or not, I took Zoloft in the AM for @ a year for cataplexy & SP and it really kept me awake. The Dr. told me to take it at bedtime and I went 2 weeks w/ 2hrs. a night before I switched it to the AM. (That's when I stopped the Provigil.)I stopped the Zoloft @ 1 month ago, just trying to make it on 1 med, but no such luck. Besides, the Zoloft worked great, but I got all kinds of complaints from my family @ the way I acted on it and I could tell a diff., too. Now I just take Concerta & Xyrem. I posted a question earlier this week about how/when certain symptoms started-how about yours? (No else has responded) Thanks!
