Low Thyroid

Posted by Old Forum Emma on February 14, 2007 at 12:50:05:

Hello nappers,

Anyone out there with low thyroid. My PTH? is 30. I thought I was gaining weight because of the bizzare weather we have been having, but it was the thyroid. Now, I'm on the correct dosage of meds and my doctor is monitoring me, but geee wiz. Anyone have a suggestion as to how to best light the fire under my feet so I can burn off this winter blubber?

Thank you God for all the snow to shovel to assist in my weight loss.
