What you describe is similar to what I felt when I went off my klonopin, even down to the low blood sugar feeling. Your brain is just moving so fast that nothing can keep up with it. I do much better on the klonopin and off of stimulants like dexidrine and caffine. Provigil won't make my mind race so much. Do you think the allergy meds you were on were calming you down?

My neurologist told me that I was a bad canididate for the XYREM because I have an anxiety disorder. If you think you have one that is a data point that he needs.
