Hi, I'm currently on 40 mg dexadrine every day, and the Doc is thinking about increasing it to 60 mg a day in three 20 mg doses (to keep me going through my 2-11 shift, I'm a nurse). His nurse told me today that he has mentioned putting me on Xyrem also, then gradually decreasing the dexadrine as I get used to the Xyrem. So perhaps with the Xyrem, you don't need the stimulants as much.

There is so much trial and error in medicating for N. I'm sure glad my Doc gave me some leeway in how much I take and when.
