seroxat (paroxetine) sex problem

HI ALL. I'M NARCOLEPTIC FOR 10 YERAS NOW. 35 YEARS OLD, TREATED WITH SEROXAT (PAROXETINE) AND PROVIGIL. SEROXAT CAUSES ME A LACK OF SEX LUST & SOMETIMES IMPOTENCE. BEFORE STARTING TAKING VIAGRA, I'D LIKE TO ASK FOR AN EFFIECIENT MEDICAL SUBSTITUE WHICH DOES NOT INVOLVES SEX PROBLEM.
I'LL BE GLAD FOR ANY HELP.
