I 've been getting night sweats for many years. When I went to the sleep Doctor and rec'd my diagnosis of N, he had asked me if I sweat at night and woke up. So that must be one of the symptoms.

I used to wake up to giant spiders on my walls. And they would be there when I got to the door of my room and looked back. By the time I got to my parent's room, I'd be more awake and I'd go back and they would be gone. I've seen heads in the middle of my room (they weren't attached to bodies but they were alive and smiling. I've woken to explosions in my room, thinking my room has exploded into flames, etc.

You could be having anxiety problems and not know it. Your blood pressure is "sometimes" an indicator. You could be stressed and not showing it on the outside. There could be any number of problems causing your symptoms. I think its great that you got an appt with a sleep doctor. Get it figured out, then you can work on fixing the problems.

Take care.
