Yeah thanks for the comment SleepyHead2.

If there is one valuable piece of advice that I could give to someone who has been just diagnosed with N, or are in the early stages of N, would be the following, "Do not tell anybody that you have N!" Be very careful who you share that private information with.
Also make sure that the people you are close too, the ones that you do tell, make sure that you inform them not say anything to anybody else.

This could make you a possible target!
