Thank you for responding! I'm only at day two without my concerta (day 5 without my zoloft). I just finished my second cup of coffee for the morning, and feeling a little less tired. This is the first time in 5 years that I haven't taken my morning stimulant.

I started keeping a journal a couple months ago and figured out my drowsiness goes in cycles. A typical day I wake up totally exhausted at 730 for work, by 10am I start to feel awake, then drowsy from 12-2, 4-6, then 9-11p. I used to think it dealt with what foods I ate, so I started eating a low carb semi-vegetarian diet... no difference after a few months. At work, I'll just walk to the bathroom constantly and hit myself a few times. And going to websites such as this and typing up a storm helps too. :D (this will explain my loooong posts) haha

Man, if this isn't a sleep disorder, than I'll be even more lost than ever! Everything else has been ruled out!

*sigh*
