I have not been diagnosed with any sort of sleep disorder yet, so I'm probably not a good person to help with your question. I've gone to endocrinologists, allergists, and various other doctors on my quest to find out whats going on. Still searching... grr.

- For the leg cramps, try eating some bananas or some other high-potassium food or supplement.

- Lack of sleep could be the cause of the crazy dreams and such, so it may or may not be a disorder, just your body reacting to just one condition such as the apnea. ?? Those symptoms can also be caused by the "anxiety, caffeine, drugs & alcohol" My sleep schedule was way out of whack in college and while I was taking adderall - I had the most bizarre nights during those times.

I've started keep a sleep diary. You can find some online - basically just a chart to write down bedtime, awake time, caffeine, alcohol, drug use of the day, and any other odd occurances.

Good luck :)
