I wanted to add that I get unexplainable nausea and dizziness rather often too. I usually get it at the end of the day, such as when I quickly fall asleep & wake up seconds later - I wake up all dizzy and instantly feel sick to my stomach. Other times this also seems to happen when I do more than usual in one day, or don't sleep the night before. I have woken up many times on the bathroom floor not knowing I actually fell asleep.

I have no idea why this happens, usually just blame it on the heat, MSG, or anxiety attacks (without the anxiety...), or possible vertigo??
