Hello everyone. I am currently on week 4 off my meds (clearing my system before my husband and I try to get pregnant). I’m really finding it hard to cope off the meds (not really surprised). I'm finding that I'm having a minimum of 4 major sleep attacks a day (5-20 min at a time if I’m left alone) and then about the same number of "mini" attacks in-between (they seem to last a minute or two where I'm gone and then back again fairly quickly). For those of you who use scheduled naps during your day to help cope, do you find that its best to nap when you feel a sleep attack coming on or do you have pre-scheduled times each day where you nap regardless of feeling sleepy or not? Also does anyone have any suggestions for the "fuzzies"? Since coming off my meds I feel like my head is constantly in a cloud. I’d love to hear any other coping strategies you have found to work for you. Thanks in advance for the advice.
