I have all those same symtoms. ive never been officially diganosed but im very sure i suffer from RLS, insomnia, possibly sleep apnea, and acute narcolepsy. i often have hypnagogic hallucinations.

from what youve described its the same as me, but you probably deff have sleep apnea. i would see a doctor if you havent already.
