I too felt tired some on Modafanil but I wasn't sure if it was a dosage issue or not. I still felt like taking a nap and fell asleep during the day. My dosage was 100 mg--much lower than yours though I think my symptoms may be less severe than many. I would talk to your doctor about all options.
