Posted by ripvanwinkle on July 16, 2008 at 00:58:50:After I take a day time nap, usually lasting 10 minutes or so, I always have this strange sensation when I move my eyes. I hear this sound in my head - a high-pitched sound - and simultaneously have this feeling as if my body is shifting slightly from side to side. This is not hypnogogic hallucinations during SP as I can move about, etc. I've had this for as long as I remember, but only experience after naps during the day - never when awakening in the morning from a "night's" sleep. Does anybody else experience this sort of thing?
