From what you have described my fist impression is not N. It can't be ruled out, however I would lean toward other sleep disorders or it could be something not related to sleep.

Some people need more sleep than others and one way to start looking at the possibilities is taking the sleep test on this site. Not perfect but can help so see what comes up and go from there.

Also, there are medication side effects that can cause this symptom. Talking to a sleep doc who has access to your medical history is recommended.
