I've also been taking birth control pills for over 5 years and have been warned that Provigil decreases the effectiveness of birth control pills. The advice from my doctors, however, has been very vague.
No one seems to know specific details, like by what percentage is the success rate of birth control pills lowered? 99.9% effective to...70%?..50%?...25%? If I quit taking Provigil, how long would I have to wait until the birth control becomes fully effective again?
I just wanna know if anyone out there is in the same situation, or has any knowledge to share about this. Even your ideas/speculations would help... Thanks in advance!
