If you don't currently have cataplexy, can it eventually show up?

Has anyone else (females only, obviously) noticed that Provigil has made their birth control not work as well, in the form of spotting, etc.?

What would you say is your #1 challenge being narcoleptic?

Do any of you feel more tired since being diagnosed? What I mean is...now you have the answer to what was causing your fatigue. Before you just did whatever you could to work around it, but now that you have a reason, do you notice it more?

Just wondering...I'm relatively new to this (almost a month) and want to get more of a handle on this condition.

Thanks and I wish you all a fatigue and attack-free day! :)
